Golem Mastery is a level 12 Necromancer passive (Summoning tree, requires Clay Golem; it unlocks Summon Resist). It costs no mana and casts nothing: the four golem skills read its level when a golem is summoned and give the golem +20% life a level, +25 attack rating a level and a speed bonus on a diminishing curve, 6% at level 1, 33% at level 20, capped at 40%. The life bonus is the one that matters, because every golem multiplies it with its own life percentage rather than adding the two.

ln12 the golems read and comes to 20 × level: +20% at level 1, +400% at level 20, +600% at level 30. The tooltip prints it as lvl × par1, the same number.ln56): +25 at level 1, +500 at level 20, +750 at level 30. It is a flat addition to the golem's attack rating.dm34 between Param3 0 ("Velocity % Min") and Param4 40 ("Velocity % Max"), which the Basin writes as min(40 × (110 × level ÷ (level + 6)) ÷ 100, 40): +6% at level 1, +27% at level 10, +33% at level 20, +36% at level 30.Every golem reads the mastery at its full level (skill('Golem Mastery'.ln12), .ln56, .dm34), so +skills from items count in full here.
Golem Mastery is a passive state (passivestate "golem_mastery"). The Basin confirms it applies to Clay Golem, Blood Golem, Iron Golem and Fire Golem, and to nothing else: skeletons, mages and revives have Skeleton Mastery instead. Each golem skill's own columns do the reading:
passivecalc1 sets its speed to the mastery's dm34.passivecalc2 adds the mastery's ln56 to its attack rating.calc1, "HP % Modifier", takes the mastery's ln12 into its life. For Clay Golem and Blood Golem that is a multiplication: (100 + the golem's own life % per level) × (100 + the mastery's life % + any Blood Golem synergy) ÷ 100 − 100. For Iron Golem and Fire Golem, which have no life percentage of their own, the mastery's line plus the Blood Golem synergy is the whole bonus. The Basin's rule that matters in play: the bonuses are applied at the time of summoning, and changing the mastery's level afterwards does nothing to a golem already standing. The Basin also notes the order: the mastery's +% life is added to the Blood Golem synergy and applied before +% maximum life from Battle Orders and Oak Sage.
The mastery's attack rating is flat, +500 at level 20, and its speed is capped at 40%. The life line is where the points go; the other two come along.
No synergies of its own: Golem Mastery has no dsc3 lines and no …SymPerCalc column, and no skill lists it as a synergy. It is read directly, at full level, by all four golems, so a +1 from a wand or a shrunken head is worth exactly one hard point: +20% life, +25 attack rating and a step up the speed curve for the next golem you summon. The Basin lists the +1–3 Golem Mastery affix on wands and shrunken heads of item level 12 and above.
Golem Mastery never touches a player. It changes the golem's life, attack rating and speed, and the golem's own hits on a player are cut to 17% by the player-versus-player rule as any hit is; see Player versus Player.
