Lay a sigil on the ground that slows and weakens enemies.
Sigil: Lethargy is the Warlock's first sigil (Chaos Skills, level 6, no prerequisite, unlocks Sigil: Rancor). It places a sigil missile on the ground, sigillethargysmall, sigillethargymedium or sigillethargylarge by level, and every enemy inside gets the sigillethargy state with three stats on it. The numbers that decide it are the slow, −50% to attack speed and run/walk speed at every level, and the radius, 8 yards from level 20.

aurarangecalc, (lvl >= 20) ? 8 : (lvl >= 10) ? 6 : 4: 4 yards at levels 1 to 9, 6 from level 10 and 8 from level 20. prgcalc1 picks the missile by the same brackets, 1, 2 or 3 for the small, medium and large sigil. Param1 (7, "Radius") and Param2 (0, "Radius per level") are not read by the range calc.item_armor_percent: ln56, Param5 (−33) plus Param6 (−1) a level, so −33% at level 1, −42% at level 10, −52% at level 20 and −62% at level 30. The table's comments on Param5 and Param6 read "Damage Dealt %" and "per level", but the stat the calc fills is defense, and the tooltip prints it as defense.attackrate and aurastatcalc3 on velocitypercent, both ln78: Param7 (−50, "Slow %") plus Param8 (0, "per level") a level, a flat −50% each at every level, so they are stated here rather than in the table.sigillethargysmall row of missiles.txt (its range), not this skill's row, so this page cannot compute it.The radius and the defense line read lvl, so +skills from items count. There is no synergy term on the row.
The sigil is a missile on the ground with the sigil aura state; the state it puts on enemies is sigillethargy with a length of 12 frames (auralencalc 12, under half a second), so the stats last only while the sigil keeps renewing them on an enemy standing inside. The three stats are the ones your own items would carry: a negative attackrate slows the enemy's attacks, a negative velocitypercent slows its movement, see Slows Target, and a negative item_armor_percent cuts its defense, which raises your Chance to Hit against it, see Defense Rating. The row has no damage, ToHit or SrcDam column: the sigil hurts nothing by itself.
The −50% slow does not grow with level; levels buy radius (at 10 and 20) and defense (−1% a level) only.
No synergies: the row has no synergy calc and the skilldesc has no dsc3 line, and Sigil: Lethargy feeds no other skill. +skills from items count for the radius steps and the defense line, so a +skill is worth as much as a hard point here. There is no mastery line on the row.
The sigil deals no damage, so the player-versus-player rule, which cuts a player's hit on another player to 17% (difficultylevels.txt PlayerDamagePercentVSPlayer, see Player versus Player), has nothing of this skill's to cut. The table has no separate player value for the slow or the defense cut.
Written from the game's tables (build 3.3.93847) and the cited pages; a per-level table is computed from skills.txt and skilldesc.txt by the same evaluator the skill pages use. A “legacy rule” is a published engine rule no table proves; a “game table” is read from the table named. · Report incorrect data
