Summon a ferocious grizzly bear.
Summon Grizzly is the Druid's level 30 bear (Summoning tree), requiring Summon Dire Wolf; it unlocks nothing. It is a single pet (petmax 1) and the hardest-hitting of the Druid's summons: physical damage of 30–60 at level 1 and 300–330 at level 20 from the columns, multiplied by its own +% damage line of 25% at level 1 and 215% at level 20, which the tooltip prints as 37–75 and 945–1,039.

damagepercent passive and, unchanged, the synergy it gives the wolves.min(Param8 × lvl, 85) to fire, cold, lightning and poison, 5% a level, capped at 85 from level 17.Every line reads lvl, so +skills from items raise the bear; the Basin adds that the passive bonuses are fixed at the level the bear was summoned.
The grizzly is a melee pet that rolls its attack rating against the target's defense (Chance to Hit) and deals physical damage on a hit (Dealing Physical Damage). The Basin's page gives it a second attack: a 50% chance of Bear Smite, which needs a hit check, cannot be blocked and knocks eligible targets back (Knockback); the Basin lists a smite level of 1, 4 and 8 by difficulty with +15%, +60% and +120% damage, and warns that its stun length is not applied. The bear has a 40% chance of running to its next target, can be put into hit recovery and knocked back (item knockback at a 25% chance), can open doors, and has 5% chance of critical damage and 100% drain effectiveness. The row carries item_pierce_damage_immunity, which lets the caster's Monster Physical Immunity is Sundered apply to its hits. Since D2R patch 2.4 the Basin notes the bear and both wolf packs can be out together.
Bear Smite's stun length is not applied, per the Basin: the smite hits harder and knocks back, but it does not stun.
Received, both reading Summon Spirit Wolf's lvl so +skills count: attack rating of Spirit Wolf level × its Param2 (25) percent, +500% at level 20, and defense of Spirit Wolf level × its Param6 (10) percent, +200% at level 20. Life from Summon Dire Wolf: its Param2 (15) × its level, +300% at level 20 on top of the bear's own 10% a level.
Given: the bear's damage % line is the damage synergy of Spirit Wolves and Dire Wolves, and its hard points are +12% damage each to Raven.
The Basin's page says nothing about the Grizzly against players. A player's own hit on another player is cut to 17% (difficultylevels.txt PlayerDamagePercentVSPlayer), see Player versus Player; the bear is a pet and the page adds no rule for it.
