Lost horadric cube and items

With Diablo II, if you disconnect or crash, any progress since the last auto or manual save can be lost and if you are removed from a game and no one else is around in game, items on the ground will be lost as well. This is normal behavior if not ideal. None of this lost progress can be recovered so it is important that if you are experiencing frequent disconnections or crashes that you troubleshoot those causes to help prevent situations like this one from costing you too much progress loss.

It this was a one off, then it is just a matter of re-earning progress. If it is a frequent issue, then go ahead and start a post in the console support forums for D2R with details of the issue (or put in a ticket though be aware that technical support for consoles is very limited as the console is a closed environment that also runs through the console network which we have limited troubleshooting options for.
