Dying in Hardcore during load screen in new game at Frid wp

Unfortunately there is no way to restore these hardcore characters. This is explained on our support article here. The most we can do is provide some technical troubleshooting that may help you avoid similar problems in the future.

If you would like go through some troubleshooting, please reply with a DxDiag:

1. Press Windows Key + R.
2. Type DxDiag and press Enter.
3. In the DxDiag window, click Save All Information.
4. Name the file “dxdiag” and click Save
5. Paste the DXdiag into the post, select and highlight everything you just pasted, and hit the “preformatted text” button (</>). That’ll make the information much more readable.
