What it does

Hexes your weapon to warp enemies creating a chance they will erupt when hit.

How Hex: Purge works, in depthThe Warlock's eruption hex. For 144 to 372 seconds your weapon gets +10% to +29% attack speed and +20% to +191% attack rating, and each hit warps the target for 6 seconds so later hits have a chance to erupt for 10–15 to 142–185 magic damage in a 4-yard radius, up to 3 times.
