What it does

Hexes your weapon to extract the lifeforce of slain enemies.

How Hex: Siphon works, in depthThe Warlock's harvesting hex. For 144 to 372 seconds your weapon gets +20% to +191% attack rating and +1 to +20 life and mana after each kill, and every hit hexes the target for 6 seconds with −33% damage dealt, for 12.5 to 22 mana.
