Summon a vine that eats corpses and replenishes your life.
Carrion Vine is the Druid's level 12 vine (Summoning tree), requiring Poison Creeper; it unlocks Solar Creeper. The table calls it "Cycle of Life". It is a single summon that follows you underground and eats the corpses around it, and every corpse it eats heals you for a share of your maximum life: 4% at level 1, 23% at level 20, one percent more a level with no cap in the row.

The heal line reads lvl, so +skills from items raise it: 33% at level 30.
The Basin's page records the older value for comparison: in the 1.10–1.13 era the heal was min(3 + [9 × [110 × slvl ÷ (slvl + 6)] ÷ 100], 12), 4% at level 1 and 10% at level 20, so the current straight line of 3 + slvl is more than double it at 20.
The vine moves at a walk (the Basin lists velocity 7) and consumes corpses within a 6⅔-yard radius of itself; each corpse returns the percentage of the caster's maximum life, per the Basin. The vine also has "Vine Attack" (sumskill1) at its own level, with no damage columns in this row. It is healing from corpses, so it works only where things have just died and only on you, not on the party; it is independent of Replenish Life and Life after each Kill, which it stacks with.
What the vine is not: the Basin says it cannot be damaged while underground, auras, buffs and debuffs do not apply to it, Knockback does not apply and it cannot be put into hit recovery. Its drain effectiveness is 0%. The row carries no damage, no poison and no synergy.
Only one of Poison Creeper, Carrion Vine or Solar Creeper can be out at a time; summoning another vine dispels the one you have.
No synergies: Carrion Vine neither gives nor receives one. The only lever is the skill's level, which +skills from items raise.
Carrion Vine never touches a player; it eats corpses and heals you. See Player versus Player for how your own hits are cut, and note that a duel produces no corpses for it until something dies.
