Summon a vine that eats corpses and replenishes your mana.
Solar Creeper is the Druid's level 24 vine (Summoning tree), requiring Carrion Vine; it unlocks nothing. The table calls the skill "Vines" and the summon "vinecreature". It is the mana twin of Carrion Vine: a single summon that follows you underground, eats the corpses around it, and returns a share of your maximum mana for each: 4% at level 1, 23% at level 20, one percent more a level with no cap in the row.

The recovery line reads lvl, so +skills from items raise it: 33% at level 30.
The Basin's page records the older value for comparison: in the 1.10–1.13 era the return was min(1 + [7 × [110 × lvl ÷ (lvl + 6)] ÷ 100], 8), 2% at level 1 and 6% at level 20, so the current straight line of 3 + slvl is almost four times it at 20.
The vine moves at a walk (the Basin lists velocity 7) and consumes corpses within a 6⅔-yard radius of itself; each corpse returns the percentage of the caster's maximum mana, per the Basin. The vine also has "Vine Attack" (sumskill1) at its own level, with no damage columns in this row. The return is a share of maximum mana, so it grows with Mana from gear and energy, and it is independent of Regenerate Mana and Mana after each Kill, which it stacks with.
What the vine is not: the Basin says it cannot be damaged while underground, auras, buffs and debuffs do not apply to it, Knockback does not apply and it cannot be put into hit recovery. Its drain effectiveness is 0%. The row carries no damage, no poison and no synergy.
Only one of Poison Creeper, Carrion Vine or Solar Creeper can be out at a time; summoning another vine dispels the one you have.
No synergies: Solar Creeper neither gives nor receives one. The only lever is the skill's level, which +skills from items raise.
Solar Creeper never touches a player; it eats corpses and restores your mana. See Player versus Player for how your own hits are cut, and note that a duel produces no corpses for it until something dies.
