Passive: increases your stamina.
Increased Stamina is a Barbarian Mastery (level 12, no prerequisites, passive, no mana). It is the one Barbarian skill with nothing to roll and nothing to time: every point raises your maximum stamina by a flat percentage, +30% at level 1 and +15% a level after that, so a level 20 passive more than quadruples the pool (+315%). Its only other job is to unlock Increased Speed at level 24, which is why most Barbarians own exactly one point in it.

The bonus is skills.txt Param1 (30, the table's "Stamina % baseline") plus Param2 (15, "Stamina % per level") a level: +30% at level 1, +90% at level 5, +165% at level 10, +240% at level 15, +315% at level 20 and +465% at level 30. There is no cap in the table and no diminishing curve; the Basin's table runs the same straight line to +915% at level 60. The Basin's page writes the formula as 15 + (15 × slvl), which is the same number. The line is passivecalc1 ln12 and reads lvl, so +skills from items count in full: a +3 primal helm is worth +45%. There is no mana, no duration and no tooltip line beyond this one.
The bonus is applied through the row's passive stat skill_passive_staminapercent whenever the skill has at least one point, in or out of town, with any weapon or none. The Basin's page states what the percentage is taken of: it applies only to your base stamina, the stamina from points in Vitality, and Maximum Stamina from items. It multiplies the pool; it does not change the rate at which running drains it or the rate at which it comes back, so Slower Stamina Drain and Heal Stamina Plus are separate things that stack with it rather than overlap it.
The Basin's list of what the percentage reads is base stamina, Vitality stamina and + Maximum Stamina items, nothing else.
No synergies: Increased Stamina has no dsc3 line and no synergy calc, nothing feeds it and it feeds nothing. Its one line reads lvl, so a +skill from an item is worth exactly a hard point, 15% of base stamina each. The Basin's page says +1–3 Increased Stamina can spawn on a primal helm of item level 19 or higher. The skill is the prerequisite for Increased Speed, which is the reason a hard point goes here.
Increased Stamina never touches a player; it changes only the Barbarian's own stamina pool. There is nothing to cut by the player-versus-player rule, see Player versus Player.
Written from the game's tables (build 3.3.93847) and the cited pages; a per-level table is computed from skills.txt and skilldesc.txt by the same evaluator the skill pages use. A “legacy rule” is a published engine rule no table proves; a “game table” is read from the table named. · Report incorrect data
