Passive - Improve your ability to levitate your equipped weapon with your mind.
Levitation Mastery is a Warlock passive (Eldritch Skills, level 1, no prerequisite, the row key is "Levitate") and the root of the Eldritch tree: it unlocks Echoing Strike and Cleave. It needs a weapon equipped (passivereqweaponcount 1) and gives four things while one is: a critical strike chance, more damage, more attack rating and lower item requirements. The numbers that decide it are +101% damage and 29% critical strike at level 20.

dm12, the stat passive_mastery_melee_crit: a diminishing curve from Param1 (0) toward Param2 (35), 5% at level 1, 23% at level 10, 29% at level 20, 31% at level 30. It never reaches 35.ln34, passive_mastery_melee_dmg: Param3 (25) plus Param4 (4) a level, +101% at level 20. It is the passive's own line; the tooltip prints it through the mastery stat, which the evaluator cannot embed, so the column above is the row's passivecalc4 itself.ln56, passive_mastery_melee_th: Param5 (40) plus Param6 (5) a level, +135% at level 20. As with damage, the column is the row's passivecalc3.−min(ln78, 50), passive_mastery_item_req_percent: Param7 (2) plus Param8 (2) a level, capped at −50%, which the line reaches at level 25. See Requirements. All four lines read lvl, so +skills from items count, and the only cap is the 50% on requirements.
The row's four stats are the Barbarian-style mastery stats: passive_mastery_melee_dmg and passive_mastery_melee_th raise the damage and attack rating of your weapon attacks, passive_mastery_melee_crit is a chance that a hit does double damage (the same roll as Deadly Strike), and passive_mastery_item_req_percent lowers the strength and dexterity a weapon asks for. All of it is conditional on a weapon being equipped; the row has no mana, no cast and no state of its own beyond levitate_mastery.
The requirements cut applies to the weapon's requirements, not yours: a 50% cut at level 25 means a weapon asking 200 strength asks 100.
No synergies: the tooltip has no dsc3 lines and the row has no SymPerCalc columns. Levitation Mastery gives a synergy to Psychic Ward, a skill outside this page's facts, and is the prerequisite of Cleave and Echoing Strike, both weapon attacks that use these lines.
A passive. The hits it raises are cut to 17% of their value against a player by the player-versus-player rule (difficultylevels.txt PlayerDamagePercentVSPlayer), see Player versus Player. The table has no separate player value for it.
lvl: +skills on items are worth as much as hard points here.Written from the game's tables (build 3.3.93847) and the cited pages; a per-level table is computed from skills.txt and skilldesc.txt by the same evaluator the skill pages use. A “legacy rule” is a published engine rule no table proves; a “game table” is read from the table named. · Report incorrect data
