Repairs X durability per secondNot against players
An item with this stat repairs itself slowly, one point of durability at a time, so it never needs a trip to a smith. The tooltip shows how long each point takes, e.g. "Repairs 1 durability in 4 seconds" on Warlord's Trust.
The stored value is a speed: one point every 100 ÷ value seconds (properties.txt rep-dur). Warlord's Trust has 25 (4 seconds), Ginther's Rift 20 (5 seconds) and Hone Sundan 10 (10 seconds).
It only repairs the item that carries it. Items with no durability at all are Indestructible; for throwing weapons that refill their stack, see Replenishes Quantity.

Source: itemstatcost.txt (item_replenish_durability) and properties.txt over the property codes of the game's item tables, the runeword lines and skills.txt (build 3.3.93847). Magic affixes are the ones that can spawn; a runeword's line includes what its runes add in that slot. “LoD 1.14d” is the value in classic Diablo II's last patch where it differs (uniques, set items, runewords' own bonuses, runes and gems; from blizzhackers/d2data); a D2R chip marks what 1.14d did not have. “Strongest” ranks items by the top of their roll range. · Report incorrect data
