When in werebear form, create a shock wave that stuns nearby enemies.
Shock Wave is the Druid's level 24 Shape Shifting skill, requiring Maul; it unlocks nothing and is used only as a werebear. It is not an attack but a cast: the bear roars and five piercing missiles fan out, each dealing a small block of physical damage and a long stun. The stun is the point. It is 1.6 seconds at level 1 and grows 0.6 seconds a level, and the Basin's page says the engine caps it at 10 seconds from level 15 while the tooltip keeps counting past it.

ln12: Param1 40 frames ("Stun Length baseline") plus Param2 15 frames a level ("Stun Length per level"), ÷ 25 for seconds. 1.6 seconds at level 1, 4 at level 5, 7 at level 10, 10 at level 15. The tooltip's line has no ceiling and prints 13 seconds at level 20 and 19 at level 30; the Basin's page states that the engine applies a maximum of 10 seconds from level 15 and warns that the skill description does not apply this ceiling.Every tooltip line reads lvl, so +skills from items lengthen the stun and raise the damage; the synergy reads hard points only.
Shock Wave is a cast (the row has no ToHit column; the Basin's type is a multiple medium-range piercing missile cast), so it does not roll your attack rating, and it goes on your cast rate, see Casting Speed. The Basin describes the shape: five missiles of about 8⅔ yards range that pierce through targets, fired in an arc whose width depends on where the cursor is relative to the bear, like Teeth and Multiple Shot. Because they are size 1 and apply a next delay, which the Basin gives as 4 frames, normally only one missile per cast can collide with a given target, and with the arc at its widest there are gaps between the five where a monster in range is neither damaged nor stunned. Each hit deals the physical damage through Dealing Physical Damage and puts the stun length on the target, see Hit Recovery and Stun.
The stun stops at 10 seconds by the Basin's rule, so levels past 15 add nothing to it but still add +3 to +7 damage a level. Read the tooltip's 13 seconds at level 20 as 10.
One synergy: Maul, +10% damage per level (Param8 = 10, the table's "Damage synergy"), through DmgSymPerCalc = skill('Maul'.blvl) × par8, hard points only. The Basin's page records the older value, 5% a point. The synergy touches only the damage, not the stun. Shock Wave gives no synergy to any other skill.
A player's hit on another player is cut to 17% of its value (difficultylevels.txt PlayerDamagePercentVSPlayer) before anything else, see Player versus Player. The Basin's page says nothing more about Shock Wave against players, including nothing about the stun's length on them.
Written from the game's tables (build 3.3.93847) and the cited pages; a per-level table is computed from skills.txt and skilldesc.txt by the same evaluator the skill pages use. A “legacy rule” is a published engine rule no table proves; a “game table” is read from the table named. · Report incorrect data
