Blast hexed enemies with draining magical damage and refresh the duration of their active hex.
Eldritch Blast is a Warlock buff that attacks (Eldritch Skills, level 24, requires Psychic Ward, unlocks Mirrored Blades). It puts the eldritchblastperiodic state on you, and while it lasts the state fires the eldritchblastnova missile every 30 frames in a 5-yard radius; the row's target state is hexbanedebuff, the hex that Hex: Bane puts on enemies. The numbers that decide it are the nova's damage, 107–111 magic at level 20, and the duration, 40 seconds plus 2 per hard point in Psychic Ward.

auralencalc = par3 + Psychic Ward hard points × par4: Param3 (1,000 frames) is 40 seconds, and Param4 (50 frames) adds 2 seconds per hard point in Psychic Ward. With no synergy it never changes with level, so it is stated here rather than in the table. Param9 (25, "Duration Synergy") is not read by the calc.par1: a flat 5% each (Param1, "baseline life/manasteal"). Param2 (1, "per level") is not read by either calc, so the 5% does not grow.aurarangecalc 5: 5 yards at every level.periodic 1, perdelay 30: one nova every 30 frames, 1.2 seconds, about 33 novas over the base 40 seconds. The damage reads lvl, so +skills from items count; the synergy terms and the Psychic Ward duration term read blvl.
Eldritch Blast is cast once and then runs on its own: the aura state on you triggers the nova missile on the periodic delay, and each nova is magic damage (EType mag) that goes through the target's magic resistance, see Dealing Elemental Damage. The row has no ToHit and no SrcDam, so no attack rating check and no weapon damage. calc1 and calc2 are the nova's life steal and mana steal, 5% of the damage dealt returned to you, see Leech. The game's description says the nova hits hexed enemies and refreshes their active hex, and the row's auratargetstate names hexbanedebuff, so the hexes that Hex: Bane, Hex: Purge and Hex: Siphon put on a target are what the blast works with. HitFlags 64 is set on the row, and cltcalc1 (1) is the missile's velocity adder.
The duration is 40 seconds flat and only Psychic Ward hard points lengthen it: 20 points make it 80 seconds, twice as many novas for the same cast.
Two damage synergies, each +50% magic damage per hard point (Param8, EDmgSymPerCalc): Hex: Purge and Blade Warp. Psychic Ward adds 2 seconds of duration per hard point (Param4). All three read blvl. Eldritch Blast in turn gives +10% magic damage per hard point to Hex: Purge, +10% damage per hard point to Cleave, and 0.2 seconds of debuff duration per hard point to the hexes of Hex: Bane, Hex: Purge and Hex: Siphon (their calc1 reads its blvl × 5 frames). There is no mastery line on the row.
A player's hit on another player is cut to 17% of its value (difficultylevels.txt PlayerDamagePercentVSPlayer) before anything else, see Player versus Player; each nova's magic damage is cut the same way. The table has no separate player value for the leech or the hex refresh.
