“System Information ” Don’t see a full DxDiag, but I think it may be due to the system having an APU. Based on what I found using the system model it does have a AMD Radeon R7 that is integrated with the A10-7800 CPU. As mentioned before, APUs are not currently supported.

This patch, to my understanding, removes any AVX requirement to run the game code.

“AVX ” To my understanding it was just a first gen AVX that was accidently put in during the launch version. The i5-4460 has up to AVX2 support so wouldn’t have any problems that require AVX. Something else to check though is if your motherboard also supports AVX technology.…
Check again. Update the game client. A fix went in not too long ago .

As others may have noticed, a new patch is now live that should resolve the AVX issue. Be sure to update the game client and test it out. If you still run into crashes that seem AVX related give us your CPU model along with any error codes that appear during the crash.
