Every post Blizzard's community managers and news account write on the official Diablo II: Resurrected forum — announcements, patch notes, ladder and maintenance news and their replies — copied word for word, with a link back to where it was said. Turn on alerts and the next one lands in your bell.
Hey there, So I was able to find the crash reports for your game client and each of the 17 crashes point to something with the GPU and Directx 12. This indicates a potential driver issue though there could also be some client corruption or even interference from other programs…
Hey there, PC crashes requiring hard restarts can often mean there’s some kind of instability within the operating system or with the hardware. I recommend checking out the information in these articles for troubleshooting: Blizzard Support Diablo II: Resurrected Lockups and…

Answering DarkMaster-1989: “Thanks for the info Pez, would’ve preferred there to be a forum blue post on the ladder reset date as soon as the D4 livestream announced it…”
Yeah - Sorry on that. I guess I didn’t think about the ‘reset’ portion of it and more so assumed the community would recall from prior seasons that resets occurred 15 minutes prior to the new season starting. Will be more mindful and reiterate that in the future for new seasons.
Answering W4rL4wd-1835: “Also we have no official statement from d2r team ladder is even resetting.”
Ladder will reset on May 4th with the start of the new season. Typically, ladder resets occur 15 minutes prior to the start of the new ladder. New ladders have consistently started at 5pm pacific time globally and will continue that way for Season 4. Patch Notes will hit a few…
Howdy, Without system files, it’s difficult to determine the root cause. To help narrow down the problem though, let’s try disabling all other programs temporarily. If this persists, let’s get a DxDiag system file so we can take a closer look: Press Windows Key + R. Type DxDiag…
Howdy HiGGSY8, Unfortunately there is no way to restore these hardcore characters. This is explained on our support article here. The most we can do is provide some technical troubleshooting that may help you avoid similar problems in the future. If you would like go through…
Howdy! This can occur if the FPS is changing wildly or is outside the refresh rate range of the monitor’s Freesync/gsync feature. I recommend the following: In game goto Options → Video → Enable Vertical Sync. (Retest) If the issue continues try setting FrameRate Cap of 60.…
Sadly if the PC shuts off, that is a sign of a hardware problem, such as a PSU not delivering enough power while the system is under load or a hardware issue with one of the components. Given the sudden shutoff, the Dxdiag and Msinfo likely don’t have enough time to log any…
Howdy! Moved your reply to a new thread as it wasn’t replied to the thread you posted in. This is an issue of acquiring memory. I recommend the following troubleshooting steps: Disable background programs to help rule out a third party software conflict and free up system…
“BDA5AC2E-D3B6-469D-829E-1773B2FD0679 ” Looking at the crash logs via the code you provided I can see that your PC is using Intel UHD Graphics 620. Unfortunately Intel integrated graphics fall below the minimum system requirements for Diablo II Resurrected. This would be the…
Hey there, A lot of times that error happens if the incorrect account is logged in. I checked the one you posted this message with and see Diablo 2: Resurrected is not there. You can see your purchase history here. I did some more digging and found another account that I believe…
Hey there, Troubleshooting issues on console will be a bit more limited than they would be on PC. The console is a closed system and doesn’t allow of the same level of troubleshooting that a PC environment would. Additionally, because your connection must also go through the…
So Nahimic is just one of a number of different programs that when experiencing issues can affect various games/services. Anything that can take control of hardware can do this. The dxdiag you provided didn’t include any errors and it wont tell us what programs are running on…
Uninstalling AV isn’t meant to be the solution. It is meant to diagnose the source of the issue. If updating/adding exceptions doesn’t work, then temporarily uninstalling is a troubleshooting step to try to see if it changes the issue. We have no say in how Bit Defender or any…
Answering BeerZerker-11877: “To add, there are people reporting that they are uninstalling their AV and the game is still not launching. Also if you just add BD firewall…”
BeerZerker - I appreciate your input and contributions to this thread. As technical support, we help with gathering information and troubleshooting, but we are not the developers. We assist with technical issues that can be resolved through troubleshooting and present…
Hey everyone, Thank you for reporting these sudden issues launching the game. This delayed and/or non-responsive behavior is commonly caused by outdated antivirus software, so be sure that you’ve fully updated any antivirus programs you’re running alongside the game – otherwise…
