In Hell games of Reign of the Warlock a terrorized zone can send a Herald after you: a unique monster with a pack of minions, boosted by its tier. The game announces it — “You draw the ire of a Herald!”, “A Herald is hunting you in …!”.

Life and damage boosts are percentages on top of the monster's own; the treasure class level boost raises the level the Herald's treasure class upgrades at (the item level itself is the kill's). Tier names are the game's HeraldName1–5 strings.

The file gives each tier these four numbers for its chance curve; the input the curve reads is not named in the file, so no chance is computed here.
Every Hell monster names one of these. They use negative picks: each entry drops as many times as its weight, and the “Extra” classes only for the Herald tiers their condition names. Try a Herald kill in the Drop Explorer.
